Services
LaunchStack Systems LLC provides website design, business systems architecture, and digital presence services to small and medium businesses.
Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deliverables
Scope and timeline are defined at engagement start. LaunchStack reserves the right to adjust scope with client approval.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, client owns all deliverables. LaunchStack retains the right to display work in portfolio.
Limitation of Liability
LaunchStack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
